We Will Reduce The Shipping Fee and related cost From The Order Total Amount, Which Means A Partial Refund. If The Package Get Lost, We Can't Refund Your Money In That Case, Please be aware that post and packaging is not refundable, except where items have been returned because they are faulty or do not otherwise conform to your order. 

The products should have not been used (except tryout). When we receive the products sent back exactly, we will replace it with new ones and ship them back to you. The shipping fees for the replaced products that we ship to you should also be charged of you. Before sending the items for replacement, please transfer the shipping cost for turning back the replaced items from us first. As soon as the payment completed, will we replace the items sent from you.

We want to make sure that we rectify this as soon as possible and ensure that we get the goods you ordered to you. where one of our advisers will be happy to assist you. They will email/send you a free returns label, which means you will be able to send the parcel back to us without incurring any postage costs. Please note it is our policy not to reimburse any postage costs as we provide this free service, and will always instruct our customers to use it.

We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
